Better known groups such as acacias and eucalyptus are well represented. Special effort has been made to include a large number of species from Australia's diverse rainforests. Entries include notes on distribution, habitat, key botanical features, commercial use and horticulture. The book is illustrated with 150 color photographs and numerous line drawing.
